Our MOMS Club® organizes monthly activities for children such as playgroups, park days, and local field trips.  We also conduct Monthly Business Meetings where both moms and children attend.  For the mothers, a monthly mom's-only activity is planned.  We also plan at least one community service project per year.  This project must benefit mothers and/or children.  You must be a member in order to participate in these activities.

Our monthly business meetings are held on the 4th Monday of the month, except when that day falls on or around a holiday.  Moms and children attend this meeting.

Our chapter plans three or four organized children's activities per month.  These include park days, visits to museums or zoos, local field trips, and much more.

Once each month, we plan a night for moms to go out for some fun!  This may be as simple as a get-together at a mom's home or a dinner at a local restaurant.

Each month, we like to have a weekend event for the entire family - Dads too!

Our chapter offers age specific playgroups, where moms and children get together and socialize during the day.  The time, day, location, and frequency of each playgroup is determined by its members.

In addition to supporting mothers, we are dedicated to helping moms and children in our community through service projects. Prior projects include: a blood drive, a canned food drive for a local food bank, a walk/run for Race For A Cure, and an "Angel Tree" project that will benefit a local family, "Diaper Drive" for the Hurricane Katrina families.

The Ft. Mitchell Chapter whole-heartedly supports the Mother-to-Mother Fund.  In the 2005-2006 fiscal year, the Ft. Mitchell Chapter raised and donated $450 to the Mother-to-Mother Fund.

The Mother-to-Mother Fund is a special, charitable fund organized by the International MOMS Club and supported by local chapters. It was started after the 1994 Northridge/Simi Valley earthquake to help MOMS Club mothers suffering from natural disasters. The next year it was expanded to also help mothers experiencing devastating personal emergencies or disasters.

All money in the Fund comes from the local chapters and members. Only MOMS Club members suffering from devastating situations are eligible for the grants. Grants are made based on the member’s need, the nature of the emergency, and the previous support of the Fund by the Chapter.
